A Holiday Message From My Heart to Yours

As we step into the heart of the holiday season, I’ve been reflecting on the moments that truly matter — not the ones wrapped in perfection, productivity, or performance… but the moments filled with connection.

This time of year always brings me back to the power of relationships — the people who see us, support us, our RESILIENCE TEAMS and remind us who we are when our inner critic gets loud. Whether you’re surrounded by family, spending time with friends, or creating space for yourself, I hope you feel the comfort of belonging in whatever way it shows up for you.

And if this season feels a little heavy… or a little different… I hope you extend compassion to yourself. You deserve gentleness, grace, and room to breathe. Self-love isn’t a luxury — it’s a lifeline. It’s the steady voice that whispers, You’re doing your best. You’re growing. And you’re worthy just as you are.

The holidays can bring joy, and they can bring pressure and for some, it can bring loneliness. So here’s your reminder:

  • You don’t have to earn rest.

  • You don’t have to perform happiness.

  • You don’t have to please everyone.

  • You are allowed to take up space, even in silence.

  • You don’t need a full house to have a full heart.

  • You don’t need to “look okay” for anyone.

  • You’re allowed to feel whatever you feel - joy, sadness, peace or all of it at once.

  • And you’re allowed to take this day slowly, gently and on your own terms.

Here is a Self-Compassion Checklist made specifically for you for this holiday season to help you choose a powerful mindset: one that looks for gratitude, celebrates small moments, and treats yourself with the same compassion you extend to everyone else.

  • My hope for you this week is simple:

  • That you feel connected.

  • That you feel loved.

  • And that you feel proud of the woman you’re becoming — even if the journey has had twists, turns, and messy moments along the way.

THANK YOU for being part of this community. You inspire me more than you know.

Wishing you a peaceful, joy-filled holiday season — and a gentle close to the year.

I’m grateful to walk this path with you.

Warmly, Missy
